Download PDFIntroduction
We are a small, but fast-growing company focusing mainly on next-gen industrial automation.
Our agenda consists of automation software development for industrial use, together with electrical and mechanical design of various production lines — as well as the worldwide installation and commissioning itself.
Mechanical, electrical and commissioning specialists work side by side in our teams, backed by our own development laboratory in Čadca.

What we stand for
Our confession
Five principles that shape how we work with our customers, our partners and each other.
-
Teamwork
We like to work in teams consisting of diverse experts, even from other companies, as our philosophy is clear: if you want to make something new and powerful, something next-gen, get over your ego and cooperate.
As nobody is an expert in everything, within our company we effectively share and distribute resources and knowledge. We also welcome participation and contributions from external people, as their contributions push us all further towards our common goal.
-
Flexibility
The fundamental idiom of these times is clear, as it was in the past and will be in the future: time is money! We try to be as flexible as possible, to save money for our customers and make some money of our own.
We understand that no time schedule can be followed strictly — that’s why we do our best to satisfy our customers, and find a compromise in the worst case.
-
Adaptability
Everything changes through time, so to stay ahead — or better said, to be ready for the future — we always adapt to new situations, learn new technologies and learn how to integrate them to provide effective and cost-saving automation systems.
In our development laboratory we test many new devices: their performance, long-term reliability and integration possibilities.
-
Passion
Even after many years, our team members still enjoy automation and like to push their limits as far as possible. We still get excited by new devices, equipment, tools and algorithms — eager to use them, learn them and see them “alive”, performing well.
Our expectations are high: we are never satisfied, and we never rest until everything works fine.
-
Reliability
On many occasions we have proven to our customers that we are worth their trust. We handle our job as reliably as possible and with caution.
We never back out of a problem, and we even try to help others outside our scope of work — just to see things move on.
