For several years NextGen personnel took part in installing thin-film photovoltaic panel production lines — our mechanical, electrical and software specialists worked on site in Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy), Asia (China, Taiwan, India) and the USA (California).

We assembled and commissioned glass transportation equipment designed and manufactured by our German partners, whose confidence in our work resulted in full control over the installation and a service contract for remote and on-site maintenance.

Fast “mixed row” robot palletizing is a complex system built on top technology, developed in cooperation between German and Dutch companies — and our skilled automation experts contribute to its development.

The system was first installed in the warehouse of a bottling & refreshment plant in Michigan, USA, owned by one of the biggest beverage manufacturers in the world.

The market for touch devices has grown faster than almost any other — and we didn’t stay on the sidelines. Our automation engineers helped commission several display glass production lines in the Shenzhen area, China.

These lines are built around coater machines and use top-tier automation technology: Siemens SIMOTION, KUKA robots and flippers, and more.

Keeping in touch with all kinds of solar technology, our biggest long-term automation jobs are in the facilities of one of the world’s top CdTe solar panel manufacturers, whose production — and so our installations — takes place in Ohio, USA and in Malaysia.

To meet their needs we divided our resources effectively across both locations, under the supervision of our German partner company.

You might think plasterboard production technology doesn’t change as time goes on. Our team, supporting a couple of installations in Russia and Indonesia, would prove you wrong.

Our partners are working hard to integrate next-gen technology in this field too — and we are proud to be part of it.

Concentrated sunlight is one of the latest developments in the solar business. A production line prototype was installed in Germany, followed later by a full production line in California, USA.

Only top automation technologies were used for these installations — and our mechanical, electrical and software installation teams were there.

The electric monorail systems our team installed in Germany, France and Poland were fast and clean jobs. Our experience with both brush and inductive systems goes back many years, and we keep in touch with the progress in this field of automation.

Our specialists are trained directly at the development centres of companies like Wampfler and LJU.

Our headquarters is in Slovakia — in recent years known for its concentration of car industry. We have contributed to several projects in body and paint shops.
